I find inspiration for my sculpture in the wildlife and varied cultures of the West, frequently utilizing my work an opportunity to make humorous or social comment through art. I am drawn to interesting associations. The animal characters in my work are frequently metaphors for human thought and behavior. I often incorporate found objects - sometimes they are the beginning of an idea, sometimes they find their way into a work during the process.
