"All of my life, I’ve been interested in art, photography, and horses."

 Inspired by nature and my passion as an equestrian, I’m drawn to subjects that convey a sense of serenity with dramatic light, beauty, and simplicity. While in college and after graduation, I worked as a freelance photographer and as the Art Director for a Phoenix based community service organization. As a public educator for 34 years, I taught art for 2 years and photography for 32 years predominantly at the high school and college levels. I also earned my National Board Certification in Art. After retirement, I taught photography workshops for Arizona Highways Photoscapes. My personal photographic interests include equestrian, landscape, wildlife, portraiture, and documentary work. Recently, I’ve been exploring macro photography, floral images, astrophotography, and abstract creations. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy discovering my subjects.
